Miscommunication involving USAC Licensed Cyclists doing ABR Races

Attention Racers doing ICC/Superweek, you may have come across the attached (see below) letter regarding Superweek Races which are sanctioned this year by ABR. It states that any USAC licensed racer will be suspended if they participate in Superweek as it is sanctioned by ABR. That statement is false.

It is NOT TRUE that riders will be suspended if they participate in ABR races (unless you have a pro contract). So if you see this letter or notice, please disregard! This letter was NOT from the ICA and is not true.
