The Beverly Hills Cycling Classic returns in its 7th year as the kick-off event for the International Cycling Classic. The challenging 100K criterium loops through beautiful Beverly Hills/Morgan Park, one of Chicago's most historic, friendly and hilly residential neighborhoods. Downtown Homewood Rated one of the top ten best suburban downtowns in the Chicago Metropolitan area by the Chicago Tribune, Homewood’s downtown is anchored by regionally known restaurants, delightful specialty shops, and modern streetscapes. It’s an inviting place for pedestrians to walk, shop, eat, and chat with neighbors and friends. Downtown displays its historic charm in its Victorian era storefronts and modernized gas lamps. The course will also circle Pierce Park, a 7-acre park with mature trees. Pierce Park is named after the Pierce family, who moved to Richton Park in 1928. |

Great 3.8 mile road race. This course has a nice climb in a beautiful nature preserve then a great decent which creates a nice course. As an additional note this course was a portion of the ICA State championship course from 2009, but has been changed considerably. This will be GOOD! |
