Membership
Membership Rules:
- Membership is open to all USCF clubs and promoters who are within the current District boundaries and agree to host at least one event every calendar year that meets ICA guidelines.
- Applications for membership are welcome through the last day of the previous year for all benefits of membership to be incurred. No annual or application fee is required.
- Membership is for the calendar year, January 1st through December 31st.
- Clubs formed after January 1st will be entitled to all benefits available.
- If a member fails to promote an ICA approved event in any calendar year it will lose its vote until it has promoted an event.
- If a member fails to promote an event in two consecutive calendar years it will be excluded from ICA membership and all rights thereof.
- Property of the ICA is for the use of the ICA, member clubs and members of member clubs in good standing.
- Mailing permits, newsletters, hotline and race equipment is subject to guidelines set forth by the Board of Directors and are for the use of the ICA, member clubs and members of member clubs in good standing.
