Mission Statement
The Illinois Cycling Association is set up to promote amateur bicycle racing in Illinois by coordinating an organized and balanced race calendar, by creating a points series that rewards the Best All Around rider, and club and by fostering effective communication between all racers, clubs, and promoters.
