The ICA was happy to see so many women old and NEW at the Gaper's Block Crits. We hope these fabulous ladies come to ALL of our races here in Illinois.

It was a wonderful four nights of racing and women's cat 4 overall winner, Eleanor Blick, talks about her Gaper's Block Crits experience on Chicago Women's Bike Racing.

Spring Super Crit Interviews

Teamwork was definitely a factor in the Spring Super Crit. In each of the women's races, teammates went 1 & 2 and Men’s Cat 3 winner Adam Herndon had seven teammates helping him secure the win.

The Queen of the Supercrit Gives You Her Tips

Thursday March 29th marks the CLOSE of preregistration for the The Spring Super Criterium. Here is what to expect during the Supercrit, which is also the Illinois Cup opener.

Leah Sanda, a racer for the Psimet Elite Women’s Team, and a self described lover of Cyclocross and screaming daredevil descents, is, it turns out, really good at flat crits. She has won the Burnham Spring Super Criterium for four years running, among many other local and regional races. I asked her for her insight into ICA season opener.

Registration Now Open for 2012 Tour of America’s Dairyland presented by Wisconsin Milk Marketing Board

The fourth year of the omnium competition, now the largest competitive cycling event in the U.S., will travel throughout 11 Wisconsin communities, June 21-July 1, and include two road races and nine criteriums, four of which will be on the USA Cycling National Criterium Calendar (NCC).
