DESCRIPTION:In order to help clubs learn what is involved with event hosting\, the ICA has established a New Promoters webinar program that will take place in 2 sessions. Session 1 (to take place 7pm on June 18) will consist of a presentation from promoters of both small and large events. Attendees will be able to learn and ask questions. Session 2 (to take place at 7pm on June 25) will cover the details of permitting an event. \n  \nThese sessions will be designed for clubs and individuals with interest\, but no experience\, in hosting an event. Attendees will also have opportunities to network and partner with other clubs in the hosting of an event. All clubs that have not hosted (or assisted in hosting) an event within the last year are strongly encouraged to participate either by attending the webinar or in person (at PSIMET bike shop located at 11 Jackson St in East Dundee IL 60118). \n  \nPlease RSVP (by emailing Rob at psimet@psimet.com) if you plan to attend in person.
