We will begin transitioning immediately. As president for the last 7 or 8 years I would like to personally thank all those that helped us keep it all running through the downturn in participation, the pandemic, as well as the myriad of burning issues of the day throughout that period. Those still unaware the purpose of the ICA is to act as the local arm of USA Cycling in the State of Illinois. Award State Championships, the Illinois Cup, assign officials to every race in the state, and provide and maintain all of the equipment we provide such as laptops and printers for registration, finish line camera system, radios for all officials, and more.
