The final road event for the USA Cycling season is this weekend in Harvard, IL. It is the Illinois State Time Trial Championship.

The last major race of the season, and the Illinois Road Race Championship is this weekend and in Oak Brook, Illinois.

This week is the National Criterium Championship in Downers Grove. Anyone that races a bike regularly does not need the ICA to announce this race, but if you are new to bike racing or thinking of getting into racing, or just would like to experience a high class bike race. This is a good one.

Every Fall we offer a clinic for new officials. Becoming a USA Cycling official can be a rewarding way to augment your involvement with the sport of competitive bicycle racing. It is a professional position in that you get paid to officiate a race, and you can work your way up to become a National Commissaire.

This weekend presents two Illinois Cup races. On Saturday is the Grayslake Cycling Classic Now in it's third year, this race is on a very nice but challenging course with no fewer than eight corners. On near perfect pavement the Grayslake Cycling Classic will offer up the standard amount of Illinois Cup Points.
